You can retrieve your messages by calling 121 from your SIP device.
Your PIN number is available in http://my.voip.co.uk under the General tab in the Voicemail Profile section.
After entering your voicemail account number, make sure you press the hash key.
You can withhold your CLI by prefixing a number with 141.
You can release your CLI by prefixing a number with 1471.
