It is recommended you subscribe to the wiki page for your device, so you can be alerted when any new recommneded settings are added, or any other issues related to your device are discovered. you can do this by logging in using the 'Login' button at the bottom right, and then selecting 'Subscribe Changes' from the bottom left after logging in.
Ensure you device is always running the latest stable firmware. We working with most SIP vendors in fixing bugs discovered in devices as we are made aware of them. These bugs are then fixed in their firmware. Saying that, ensure you check the wiki page for your device before upgrading to ensure that there have not been any regressions between versions!
VoIP.co.uk provide a SIP service using a set of standardized protocols. these protocols are still evolving, and your device may not support all features our network offers. the reverse is also true; your device may support features our network does not support.
